摘要
为了提高连续管作业机的工作性能,研制了一种油管滚筒装置。在此基础上,阐述了该装置的结构及原理,并探讨了油管滚筒的液压控制原理。现场应用表明:所设计的油管滚筒能满足连续管作业机各种常规和复杂的井下作业工艺的需要。
In order to improve the performance of coiled tubing unit, a tubing reel is designed. On this basis, the structure and principle are discussed. Then the principle of hydraulic control is studied. Field applications indicate that the reel can meet the requirements of underground work process in conventional and complex conditions.
