数据融合技术在大容量种子催芽机中的应用

摘要 介绍了一种大容量种子催芽机控制系统的软件及硬件设计方法。该方法采用DS18B20温度传感器进行多路温度采集,用分布图法剔除疏失误差,然后采用基于均值的分批估计的融合方法对采集的数据进行处理,提高了数据采集的精度,同时有效地消除了由于传感器失效引起的误差。这种数据融合方法计算简单,易于编程,可以获得比有限多个传感器的算术平均值更准确的测量结果,具有较高的可靠性,可以用于其它测量结果具有正态分布特性的多传感器测量系统。 This article describes a hardware and software design methods in the large capacity of seed germination control system. The method uses the DS18B20 temperature sensor for multi-channel temperature acquisition. First, the distributing diagram approach was used to eliminate the care less mistake data. And then, the data fusion method based on arithmetic mean and batch estimation has been used to filter the collected data to improve the precision of temperature collection and eliminate the errors caused by the sensor disability efficiently. The data fusion method is simple to calculate and easy to program. The measurement result is more accurate than by using arithmetic mean on the limited sensors. System has high reliability. The algorithm can be used in multi-sensor measuring systems with normal distribution.
