摘要
对于插齿机的传动机构进行了分析和Matlab仿真。结果表明,插削加工过程在周期的65%时段内速度平缓,可以得到良好的齿形精度结果,而回程可设计在周期的35%急回时段内,减少空回程时间,提高加工效率。
The transmission mechanism for spiral slotting machine was analyzed and simulated by Matlab. The results showed that high precision of tooth shape would be obtained in 65% of cycle time due to the smooth movement of rotating mechanism during the slotting process. And return process could be set in 35% of cycle time of quick return motion, in order to save time and improve machining efficiency.
