摘要
MasterCAM是数控加工中应用最广泛的CAD/CAM软件,在数控技术教学中采用MasterCAM软件可以解决教学资源不足的缺陷。论文通过实例介绍了MasterCAM的二维及三维建模,模拟加工参数的设置,模拟加工,自动生成NC代码,展示了MasterCAM在数控技术课程教学中的具体应用。
Mastercam is the most widely used CAD/CAM software in CNC machining application. The shortcoming of lack of teaching resources can be solved by adopting mastercam software in CNC technology teaching. This article introduces 2D and 3D modeling of MasterCAM by an example, the setting of simulation processing parameters, simulation processing, automatic generation of NC code, showing the specific application of MasterCAM in CNC technology teaching.
