摘要
论文通过对大连某重工企业办公室和作业空间的实地测量,发放调查问卷的方法,利用人因工程学原理以及微环境理论等相关知识,对相关测量数据进行详细分析,给出了员工对办公室内声环境、微环境、光环境、办公室建筑设计、办公条件等因素的满意度情况,并分析了其中存在的问题。根据调查结果,提出了员工工作舒适度的评价指标体系及权重分配。
Taking advantage of human factors engineering principles and knowledge of microenvironment analysis, this essay analysed the relevant measurement data in detail. Questionnaires and surveying of offices and the working space in a heavy industries corporate in Dalian are issued. The sound environment, the light environment, the microenvironment, the design of office building, the working conditions situation and the problems are presented, according to the survey results, working space comfortable evaluation system and weight distribution was proposed.
