美国新财政年度国际事务预算分析被引量：1

摘要今年2月13日，奥巴马政府正式公布2013财政年度预算要求，提请国会参众两院审议。其中，国务院与美国国际开发署（USAID）的预算被称为国际事务预算。2013财政年度始于2012年10月1日，止于2013年9月30日。2月28日和29日，国务卿希拉里先后在参议院外交关系委员会和众议院外交事务委员会就新财年国际事务预算作证。
