摘要
中国共产党领导职工民主管理的历程开始于上世纪二三十年代,主要经历了"三人团"和工人大会阶段、工厂管理委员会和职工代表会议制度阶段、党委领导下的职工代表大会制度阶段、厂长负责制下的职工民主管理阶段,以及社会主义市场经济深入发展之后,以职代会、厂务公开、平等协商和集体合同为主要特点的新型职工民主管理阶段等。中国共产党领导职工民主管理经过近90年的探索与实践,取得了不菲的成绩,积累了丰富的经验,这对于目前我国基层民主政治建设和职工民主管理具有重大的启发意义。
The leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC) democratic management started from 1920s or 1930s, which mainly experienced "Three-People Group" and the stage of workers general assembly; the stage of worker democratic management under the factory director responsibility system, and accompanied with the development of socialist market economy , the characteristic of the workers' congress,managing an open consultation and collective contract as the main characteristics of the new stage of democratic management of workers. The Chinese communist party after nearly 90 years of exploration and practice, the Chinese leadership of the Communist Party of the Democratic Management has gained huge success and accumulated rich experience, which has led the workers and staff members of democratic management between 90 years,which could be a enlightening significance to China's grass-roots democracy and democratic management.
