培育公务员"政治发展素养"是现代国家政治发展的客观要求,也是公务员自身发展的需要。公务员政治发展素养的培育应包括政治创新素养、政治哲学素养和政治艺术素养,使自身的政治活动富有美的特征。
The cultivation of Civil Servants＇ ＂Political Development Quality＂ is the objective requirement of modern nation＇s political development,and it is also the requirement of civil servants＇ self development. The cultivation of our civil servants＇ ＂Political Development Quality＂ should include political creativity quality, political and philosophical quality and political art quality, all of which are featured with aesthetic characteristics.
