Construction of New Countryside and Political and Ideological Education of Peasants

深刻认识新农村建设与农民思想政治教育的内在关系是正确开展农民思想政治教育的前提和探索新农村建设规律的内在要求。笔者从三个方面探讨了二者之间的关系:从战略高度认识农民思想政治教育对于新农村建设的意义;着力把握新农村建设对农民思想政治教育提出的新课题;深刻领会新农村建设与农民思想政治教育的双向互动关系。

A profound understanding the intrinsic relationship of the new rural development and farmers＇ ideological and political education is the precondition to carry out the farmers＇ ideological and political education correctly and it is the inherent requirements of exploring the new rural construction law. This article explored three aspects of the relationship between them： Investigating the significance of farmers＇ ideological and political education for the new rural construction from a strategic perspective; striving to grasp the new issues raised by the new rural construction to the farmers＇ ideological and political education; profound understanding of two-way interaction between the new rural construction and the farmers＇ ideological and political education.
