摘要
教师专业学习共同体日益受到教育学界,尤其是教师教育界的广泛关注。通过对专业学习共同体的概念、内容和模式建构的介绍,分析大学外语教师专业学习共同体的构建条件、障碍和策略,对推进教育改革、促进教师专业发展有理论上的参考价值和实践上的借鉴意义。
As a new-born effective method to develop teacher's professional abilities,Teacher professional learning community has gradually been a hot topic in the circle of teacher development.Basing on introduction to the concept,content and model construction of professional learning community,this paper attempts to analyze the conditions,obstacles and strategies of construction of college foreign language teacher professional learning community,which will provide theoretical and practical values for educational reformation and teachers' professional development.
