School improvement is a process of self-reflection and enhancing to members of the school.In this process,the leadership of the principal plays an important role.There are many performances of the principal leadership,the idea is the important leadership of principals in school improvement.But the principal idea of the formation has different knowledge bases,and some are correct,some are not.This requires that the principal is rising awareness in order to form correct ideas.The principal idea is not only to express rightly,but also to implement in the practice of the education and teaching so that can reflect the meaning of life of the principal leadership.When the principal integrates the correct idea with the real action,it will produce the sublimation of the principal leadership in the practice and create more growth opportunities for the students.
