新中国高校思想政治教育政策历经60余年变迁,其变迁动力来自于根本动力、基础动力、直接动力三个方面的分力融合而生成的合力。根本动力是社会环境,基础动力是政府,直接动力是大学生。分析高校思想政治教育政策变迁的动力机制,有利于深入认识我国高校思想政治教育政策的动变规律。
