美国“半球”石油政策与马歇尔计划对西欧的石油援助

摘要二战后期美国制定了"半球"石油政策,试图扩大中东石油生产、保护西半球石油资源。战后初期美国为复兴西欧实施的马歇尔计划,既推动了"半球"石油政策的落实,又在该政策的框架下对西欧提供了石油援助。二者相互结合,共同构成了战后美国构建新的国际经济、政治格局的重要努力。
