摘要
诠释了组织学习的内涵及机制,分析了全球价值链下我国体育用品产业升级的框架,试图从组织学习的视角审视我国体育用品产业升级的过程,进而提出全球价值链背景下我国体育用品产业升级的动力机制和组织学习的阶段性策略,为尽快实现我国体育用品产业升级提供借鉴与参考。
This study interprets organization learning connotation and mechanism, analyses Chinese sports goods industry upgrading framework under global value chains. The study surveys the process of Chinese sporting goods industry upgrading from the perspective of organization learning, and then put forward Chinese sports goods industry upgrading dynamic mechanism and stage strategies of organization learning under the background of global value chains. It is expected to provide references for realizing sporting goods industry upgrading as quickly as possible.
