Study on the Goal,Principle and Strategy of Transformation of the Development Pattern of China's Football under the New Situation

采用文献资料和逻辑分析方法,阐述我国足球发展方式面临的突出问题,以及我国足球发展方式转变的目标、原则及战略。足球发展方式是推动足球发展的方法和途径,转变足球发展方式的核心在于优化结构、提高质量。我国足球发展方式转变的总体目标,从以"成绩"为本转向以人为本,从片面发展竞技足球转向大众足球、竞技足球、足球产业、足球文化全面发展;遵循更新观念、协同推进、深化改革、扩大开放的原则;依靠大众足球、竞技足球、足球产业、足球文化四轮驱动战略,促进我国足球快速健康发展。

Based on documentation and logical analysis method, the article elaborates problems of football development pattern in China, and puts forward the objectives, principles and strategies of football development conversion. The main conclusions are that football development pattern is the way and means to promote the development of football, the core of changing football development pattern is to optimize structure and improve the quality. The overall goal of football develop- ment pattern in China is changing from competitive football to comprehensive development including mass football, com- petitive football, football industry and football culture, to follow the principle of new ideas, collaboration to promote and deepen the reform, expand the opening, and implement the four-wheel drive strategy to promote rapid and healthy development of China＇ s football.
