本文结合医院医疗保障工作的特点,针对外训部队驻训期间后方医院医疗保障难点点:人数较多,兵种复杂;地处戈壁荒漠,环境恶劣;疾病发生集中,病种多样;后续治疗困难,随诊不便等难点问题。提出相应的保障对策,通过采取"院内医疗保障-院外医疗巡诊-应急医疗救治"三维一体的服务保障模式,确保有效履行医院职责、维护官兵健康、提高部队战斗力。
