摘要
根据医院门诊自身条件,制定"优化流程,缩短患者等候时间,提高患者满意度"的改进目标。通过持续优化门诊就医流程,医院门诊"三长一短"现象得到明显缓解,患者满意度及门诊就诊人数均得到大幅度的提高,为医院赢得了社会效益和经济效益。
According to actual situation, the author put forward the outpatient department improving objec- tive, which included optimizing process, reducing waiting time, improving patient satisfaction. Through the contin- uous optimization of out -patient process, the "three long, one short" phenomenon has been significantly relieved, both the patient satisfaction and the number of outpatient visits have been substantially improved, which finally brought good benefits both socially and economic.
