摘要 目的探讨治疗与护理齐头并进对提高患方满意度的重要性。方法选取71例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取一般治疗措施,观察组除常规治疗外,还采取多种形式的护理干预措施,对治疗前后的两组患儿进行统计学比较。结果观察组的评分比较、总有效率和服务质量满意度等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入在儿童哮喘中将治疗与护理齐头并进显示患方良好的满意度。 Objective To explore the importance of improving satisfaction by the advance together of the treatment and nursing. Methods 71 cases of children of the selection of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group and control group in general treatment, the observation group in addition to routine therapy, but also to take various forms of nursing intervention measures. The two groups of children before and after treatment were analyzed by statistical comparison. Results The observation group comparison between the ratings of the total effective rate, and service quality satisfaction, etc, are better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of asthma in children which advancing together therapy and nursing has a- chieved better satisfaction.
