康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with Kangfuxin Solution

目的研究一种治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)近期疗效较好的药物。方法 2007年4月至2011年9月就诊于我科治疗的ROU患者100例病例随机分为2组,治疗组用康复新液外用治疗,对照组用已知治疗ROU药物西瓜霜喷剂外用治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的短期疗效差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液对ROU的近期治疗效果较西瓜霜喷剂佳,可作为治疗口腔溃疡的首选药物。

Objective： To study the short -term effects of drugs used in treating recurrent oral ulcer （ROU）. Methods： 100 cases with ROU were randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group treated with watermelon frost and the treatment group with Kangfuxin solution. Results ： There was statistic significance in the short - term curative effect differences be- tween the control group and the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The short - term curative effects of Kangfuxin so- lution in treating ROU are preferable to those of watermelon frost, so Kangfuxin solution can be used as the drug of choice for the treatment of oral ulcer.
