综合护理对急性偏瘫患者运动功能康复的影响

The impact of integrated care on the rehabilitation of patients with acute hemiplegia motor function

目的探讨综合护理对急性偏瘫患者运动功能康复的影响。方法选择入院的急性偏瘫患者120例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理。结果试验组与对照相比,康复护理日常生活能力(rehabilitative nursing activities of daily Living,RNADL)和改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可显著改善急性偏瘫患者的运动功能,并提高其自理能力。

Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive care on patients with acute hemiplegia on rehabilitation of motor function. Methods： 120 patients who were hospitalized with acute hemiplegia were randomly divided into control and experimental group. The control group received routine care, and the test group received comprehensive care. Results： Compared with the control group, rehabilitative nursing activities of daily living （RNADL） and Modified Barthel Index （MBI） of test group were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive care can significantly improve motor function in patients with acute hemiplegia and improve self care eapacity.
