Clinical nursing care of postoperative infection in Excimer Laser in situ keratomileusis

目的探讨LASIK术后感染的原因以及围手术期的临床护理对策。方法回顾研究3876眼LASIK手术,分析其中20例LASIK术后角膜感染病例,分析感染原因与围术期点眼频率不够、手术器械问题、术后不当眨眼有关,制定护理对策。结果严格术前筛查、术后用药管理,加强器械管理可降低角膜感染的发生,提高手术质量。结论加强围手术期护理可有效减少LASIK术后感染的发生。

Objective: To investigate the cause of postoperative infection in Excimer Laser in situ keratomileusis and the clinical nursing care of the perioperativand countermeasures.Methods: Retrospective study of 3876 LASIK surgery and analysis of 20 cases of post-LASIK corneal infections.We found the reason for infection was related to perioperative instillation frequency,operation equipment,improper postoperative blink.And the nursing strategy was worked out.Results: Strict preoperative screening and postoperative medication management,strengthening equipment management and postoperative care can reduce and avoid the occurrence of infection.Conclusion: The perioperative nursing care can effectively reduce the occurrence of post-LASIK infection.
