中间驱动装置对线摩擦带式输送机动态特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着输送机向高速度、大功率、大运量发展,目前采用的静态设计法已不能满足应用要求。笔者采用增加中间驱动装置的方案,保证长距离的输送,利用RecurDyn软件建立了线摩擦驱动带式输送机样机模型,采用Harrison启动曲线进行仿真。结果表明:中间驱动装置的数量和长度的增加会降低输送带的最大张力,同时会影响输送带最大张力出现的位置,对头部滚筒紧边张力影响较大,而对尾部滚筒松边张力没有影响。线摩擦驱动带式输送机可以在不提高输送带强度和加大驱动功率的条件下实现长距离输送。 Aimed at the solution to static design method incapable of fulfilling a more stringent re- quirement due to development of the high-speed, big-power and large-capacity conveyor, this paper intro- duces the realization of long distance transportation by increasing midway driving unit, the development of a prototype model of belt conveyor driven by linear friction using software RecurDyn, and simulation using st- artup curve of Harrison. The results show that the increase in number and length of midway driving unit re- suits in reduction in maximal tension of belt, along with an effect on location of maximal tension, a greater one on tight side tension of head, and little one on loose side tension of tail. Belt conveyor driven by linear friction is capable of long distance transportation without increasing belt strength and driving power.
