结合涂装生产过程的现场实际,将精益生产理念充分融入到设备管理工作中,在自动化方面开创性地建立了一套富有涂装特色的设备运行模式,延长了设备的寿命周期,并且取得了可观的经济效益。
Lean production concept were fully integrated into the equipment management combined with the actual coating production process, a set of coating equipment which has excellent operating mode characteristics were build initiative in automation, extended equipment life cycle, and achieved considerable economic benefits.
