摘要
对双机架冷轧机的厚度波动进行分析,运用厚度控制原理,找出了各种厚度策略下厚度波动的因素,得出了厚度波动主要原因是速度测量不准确。速度测量影响分别来自于在厚度控制系统的速度选择、厚度波动的速度调整以及不同轧制道次对速度波动等情况。同时指出轮毂式编码器的速度测量主要由轮毂间隙影响。利用四倍频技术实现了低分辨率编码器代替高分辨率的,给出了速度稳定时轮毂间隙临界范围,实现了厚度稳定和高的产品精度。
The thickness fluctuation of double stand cold roll mill analysis, using the principle of thickness control, find the case of thickness fluctuation on vary thickness control strategy, obtained mainly case is that the speed measurements are not accurate on thickness fluctuations.The fluctuations of velocity measurement from the speed selection on thickness control system, from the speed adjustment on the thickness fluctuations and from different rolling pass rate fluctuations and so on.Also pointed out that the wheel encoder speed measurement is mainly by the wheel backlash. By quadruplicated frequency technology using the low resolution instead of high resolution encoder, the speed is stable given the threshold of the wheel backlash, to achieve stability the thickness and products of high precision.
