浅析地中海贫血孕妇sTfR与SF检测的临床意义

目的分析对地中海贫血孕妇进行sTfR与SF检测的临床应用价值。方法选取2008年4月～2011年12月期间的地中海贫血孕妇50例,作为实验组,再选取同时间段内的50例正常孕妇,作为对照组,观察两组孕妇血清中可溶性转铁蛋白受体情况,以及血清铁蛋白情况,从而总结对地中海贫血孕妇进行sTfR与SF检测的临床应用价值。结果两组孕妇的血清转铁蛋白受体情况,以及血清铁蛋白情况均有显著差异,实验组50例孕妇的sTfR检测结果平均值和SF检测结果平均值皆高于对照组50例孕妇的平均值。结论对地中海贫血孕妇进行sTfR与SF检测具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective Analysis of the Mediterranean anemia in pregnant women for sTIR and the clinical value of detection of SF. Methods From 2008April to 2011December during the Mediterranean anaemia in pregnant women in 50 cases, as the experimental group, then select the same time period in50cases of normal pregnant women, as compared to the control group, observe two groups of pregnant woman serum soluble transferrin receptor, as well as serum ferritin, thus summing up of Mediterranean anemia in pregnant women for sTIR and SF detection the value of clinical application of. Results The two groups of pregnant women serum transferrin receptor, and serum ferritin has significant difference, the experimental group of 50 pregnant women with sTIR testing results and results of SF mean value is higher than that of the control group of 50 pregnant women with average value. Conclusion The Mediterranean anemia in pregnant women for sTIR and SF testing has good clinical application value.
