正畸与修复联合治疗成人牙合错的临床应用

目的对于正畸与修复联合治疗成人牙齿错的临床治疗效果进行探讨。方法对本院收治的120例成人牙齿错患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用正畸与修复联合的方法进行治疗,对照组单独采用正畸的方法进行治疗。结果实验组60例牙齿错均能达到磨牙Ⅰ类咬合,前牙中线对齐、覆合覆盖正常,患者对于治疗的效果满意,治疗效果达100%,而对照组因患者牙体形态不好、牙齿Bolton指数不调、或不接受修复治疗等因素有14例治疗效果不理想,占23.3%。结论正畸与修复联合治疗成人错能够克服单一治疗方法的局限性,可以达到满意的疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the combination therapy of orthodontics and restoration on adult malocclusion.Methods 120 cases of adult dental malocclusion patients are divided into experimental and control groups,the experimental group using the combination therapy of orthodontics and restoration to treatment,and control group using the method of orthodontic treatment separately.Results The experimental group,60 cases of patients can reach the molars an occlusal front teeth laminated cover normal for the treatment of patients satisfied with treatment up to 100%.In the control group 14 case patients with not satisfactory treatment,because of the bad teeth Bolton index,or not to accept a restorative treatment,accounting for 23.3%.Conclusion The combination therapy of orthodontics and restoration on adult malocclusion can overcome the limitations of a single treatment.
