新生儿B族链球菌败血症20例临床分析

目的总结新生儿B族链球菌败血症的临床特点。方法选取2008年1月～2012年1月收治的B族链球菌败血症患儿共20例,观察其临床表现、治疗及转归。结果早发型败血症患儿16例,呼吸系统症状重,表现为气促呻吟11例、单纯气促3例、哭闹不安1例。5例迟发型败血症患儿首发症状均为高热。15例患儿采用大剂量青霉素及三代头孢抗感染,3例采用万古霉素及三代头孢。结论临床医师应对早期呼吸系统症状严重、白细胞显著降低的患儿,应警惕B族链球菌感染,尽早采用大剂量的青霉素治疗。

Objective Summary the point of GBS septicemia on neonatus. Methods 20 patients of GBS septicemia from Jan 2008 to Jan 2012. The clinic state, feature, surgery and sequelae were observed. Results 16 cases of early septicemia had 11 cases of anhelation and groan, 3 cases of anhelation and 1 case of cry and scream. 5 cases of later septicemia were hyperpyrexia. 15 patients used penicillin and tert-cephalosporin while 3 patients used vancomycin and tert-cephalosporin. Conclusion Patients of serve early symptom of respiratory system and abnormal WBC should be care, and early use large dose of penicillin.
