标本放置时间对血常规测定中白细胞、红细胞及血小板和血色素的影响

目的了解血液标本放置时间对血常规测定中白细胞、红细胞、血小板和血色素的影响。方法选取门诊健康体检者20例血液标本,观察血液标本在不同时间的测定值。结果在0、1、2、4、6h,白细胞参数变化率小于3%、红细胞参数变化率小于2%、血小板参数变化率小于5%。结论在20℃～25℃下,6h内血常规测定中白细胞、红细胞、血小板、血色素的变化无统计学意义。

Objective To understand the impact of blood specimen storage time on blood routine determination of white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin.Methods Selection of outpatient health examination in 20 cases of blood specimens, the blood specimens at different time value were determined. Results In 0 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6hours, white blood cell parameters change rate of less than 3%, red blood cell parameters change rate is less than 2%,the platelet parameter changes in rate of less than 5%.Conclusion At 20-25 degrees, within 6 hours of blood routine examination of white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin changes without statistical significance.
