中药生地马钱丸配合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性

目的探讨采用中药生地马钱丸配合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床效果及使用安全性,以供临床治疗类风湿性关节炎提供参考。方法将2010年1月～2011年11月收治的92例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组46例,给予来氟米特治疗;实验组46例,给予中药生地马钱丸配合来氟米特治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经SPSS统计学分析,实验组患者总有效34例,占80.95%;对照组患者总有效24例,占57.14%;实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用中药生地马钱丸配合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)可以提高治疗效果,患者耐受性好,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To explore the use of traditional Chinese medicine raw land the Nux pill with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）,the clinical efficacy and safety,to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 92 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients treated in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group 46 cases,given leflunomide;experimental group of 46 cases,given herbal habitat the the Nux pill with the leflunomide treatment were compared to patient outcomes.Results The SPSS statistical analysis,the experimental group patients total 34 cases,accounting for 80.95%;the control group patients total 24 cases,accounting for 57.14%;the experimental group,the total effective rate was significantly higher,P0.05,the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion Chinese medicine habitat Nux pill can improve the treatment with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）,good patient tolerance,it is worth to promote the use in clinical.
