哈萨克族民间药用角果藜化学成分初步研究

Studies on the Chemical Composition of Ceratocarpus arenarius L.

【目的】通过系统预实验,初步探索角果藜的化学成分,为其后期化学研究提供理论依据。【方法】采用试管法、滤纸法和专项检查相结合,对角果藜水、醇、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,推断角果藜中含有的化学成分。【结果】角果藜中含有糖、多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、有机酸、皂苷类、鞣质类、黄酮类、甾体和三萜类、生物碱类、香豆素和内酯类等化合物。【结论】角果藜含有多种成分,其具体化学成分及理化活性还未见报道,有待深入研究。

[ Objective ] Preliminary study of the conducted and basis for its future research provided ethanol and petroleum extracted from Ceratocarpus chemical composition of Ceratocarpus arenarius L. was through systematic per - experiment. [ Method] Aqueous, arenarius L. was investigated by test- tube method, filter paper method and special examination from which we could deduce Ceratocarpus arenarius L. ＂s chemical composition from the color or deposits reaction of the indicator. [ Result ] Ceratocarpus arenarius L. contains sugar, polysaccharose, protein, amino acids, organic acid, saponins, tannins, flavonoids, sterides, triterpenes, alkaloids,coumarin and lactone. [ Conclusion ] Ceratocarpus arenarius L. has many kinds of ingredients, and there are no reports about its definite chemical composition and physicochemical activity, so further and deeper investigation remains to be conducted.
