中小企业安全风险评价方法研究

Security Risk Evaluation for SMEs

为了正确认识我国中小企业面临的安全风险,及早化解已经形成的风险,需要寻找一种较为经济、简单易行,且又能较为准确地反映中小企业安全状况的新评价方法。本文提出了一种安全风险综合评价法,该评价方法以安全检查表法为基础,并综合考虑了整个系统安全管理对各个子系统安全的影响,可提高评价结果的可靠性,对加强中小企业的安全风险管理具有重要的意义。

Domestic SMEs have got a rapid development by the policy of reform and modernization,but they are accompanied with production security issues.In order to realize the security risk exactly and defuse the risk which has been formed,this paper proposes a security assessment method which is simple,economical and accurate.The approach is based on the table evaluation method of the security inspection,which considers how the whole system safety management affects the safety of each subsystem and therefore improves the results of the evaluation and ensures the quality of the evaluation so as to enhance security risk management for SMEs.
