Expression of p-Stat3 and COX-2 protein in condylomata acuminatum tissue

目的:探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子3(p-Stat3)和环氧化酶2(COX-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测43例CA组织和32例正常包皮组织中p-Stat3和COX-2蛋白的表达,并分析CA组织中p-Stat3和COX-2表达的关联性。结果:CA组织中p-Stat3和COX-2表达水平高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=5.575,5.713,P<0.001)。CA组织中p-Stat3与COX-2表达呈正关联(rP=0.500,P<0.001)。结论:p-Stat3和COX-2的过表达可能在CA发病中起重要作用。

Aim：To explore the expression and significance of p-Stat3 and COX-2 protein in lesions of condylomata acuminatum（CA）.Methods：SP immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of p-Stat3 and COX-2 in samples from 43 cases of CA and 32 normal skin controls.Results：The levels of p-Stat3 and COX-2 protein expression in CA tissue were higher than those in the control tissue（Z=5.575,5.713,P0.001）.The expression intensity of p-Stat3 was positively correlated with COX-2 in CA tissue（rP=0.500,P0.001）.Conclusion：Overexpressions of p-Stat3 and COX-2 may be associated with the over-proliferation of CA tissue.
