急性冠脉综合征患者血清内脂素和脂联素水平分析 被引量:7

Analysis of visfatin and adiponectin in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:分析急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清内脂素、脂联素水平,探讨其与ACS的关系。方法:选取不稳定性心绞痛(UAP组,n=39)、急性心肌梗死(AMI组,n=33)患者,另选取经冠脉造影排除冠心病的30例住院患者作为对照组,测定并分析3组血清脂联素、内脂素、C反应蛋白水平及与血糖、血脂的关系。结果:3组血清脂联素、内脂素、C反应蛋白、血脂差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。ACS组血清内脂素水平与C反应蛋白、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及总胆固醇(TC)呈正相关,与脂联素、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈负相关;血清脂联素水平与C反应蛋白、TG、LDL及TC呈负相关,与HDL呈正相关。结论:内脂素、脂联素在ACS中发挥的作用相反,共同参与了ACS的发病过程。 Aim:To analyze the serum level of visfatin and adiponectin(APN) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and explore their function in ACS.Methods:A total of 39 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),33 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 30 cases excluded coronary disease were subjected to detect serum APN,visfatin,C-reactive protein(CRP),glucose and lipids.Results:The serum levels of APN,visfatin,CRP,and lipids had significant difference among the three groups(P0.001).Serum visfatin level was positively correlated with CRP,triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and total cholesterol(TC),and negatively correlated with APN,high density lipoprotein(HDL);the serum APN level was negatively correlated with CRP,TG,LDL and TC,and positively correlated with HDL in ACS group.Conclusion:APN and visfatin play the opposite effect in ACS,and both of them are involved in the pathogenesis of ACS.
