兜唇石斛HPLC特征图谱研究

Analysis of HPLC Characteristic Spectrum of Dendrobium Aphyllum

目的建立兜唇石斛HPLC特征图谱。方法采用Zorbax SB C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(梯度洗脱);检测波长为270 nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果兜唇石斛标示出42个共有峰;10批样品的相似度为0.901～0.961;兜唇石斛鲜品与兜唇石斛干品(水草枫斗)特征峰基本一致。结论此方法准确可靠,重复性好,为兜唇石斛的质量控制提供了方法依据。

Objective To establish HPLC characteristic spectrum for Dendrobium aphyllum. Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax SB Cls column, acetonitrile- 0.1% methanoic acid solution（gradient elution） was employed as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was 270 nm, column temperature was 35 ℃, and flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. Results Forty-two common peaks were separated in Dendrobium aphyllum, and the similarities of 10 batches were 0.901-0.961. Dried Dendrobium aphyllum and Fresh Dendrobium aphyllum had the similar specific peaks. Conclu- sion The method is accurate and reliable, has good reproducibility, and provides a reference for the quality control of Dendrobium aphyllum.
