HPLC法测定鹰不泊药材中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of Hesperidin in Radix Zanthoxyli Avicennae by HPLC

目的建立鹰不泊药材中橙皮苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(17:83),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm。结果橙皮苷在0.1015～1.6240μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.73%。结论该法测定准确、可控,可用于鹰不泊药材质量的控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Radix Zanthoxyli Avicen- nae. Methods HPLC was performed on Cis column and mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2O（17 ： 83）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the UV detective wavelength was 283 nm. Results There was a good linear relation- ship in the range of 0.1015-1.6240 p,g for hesperidin（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 100.1%, and RSD was 1.73 %. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for evaluating the quality of Radix Zanthoxyli Avicennae.
