摘要
目的对比观察藿香正气液、药渣压滤液与药渣中重金属(铅、砷、镉、汞)、农药(六六六、滴滴滴)及有机溶剂(甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、异丙醇、乙酸乙酯)的残留量。方法分别采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱、原子荧光光谱、气相色谱和顶空气相色谱法测量5批次藿香正气液、药渣压滤液与药渣中重金属、农药及有机溶剂的残留量。结果铅、砷、镉残留量藿香正气液<药渣压滤液<药渣,汞残留量药渣压滤液<藿香正气液<药渣;农药六六六和滴滴涕残留量藿香正气液<药渣<药渣压滤液;藿香正气液、药渣压滤液与药渣均无丙酮与异丙醇残留,甲醇和乙酸乙酯残留量藿香正气液<药渣压滤液<药渣,而乙醇残留量药渣<藿香正气液<药渣压滤液。结论藿香正气液残留有一定量的重金属、农药与有机溶剂,但重金属主要残留在药渣,而农药与有机溶剂则主要残留于药渣压滤液。
Objective To determine the content of heavy metals(lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), pesticides(benzene hexachloride, dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane ) and organic solvents (methanol, ethanol, acetone, iso- propanol, ethyl acetate) residues in Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid(HZL) and its gruffs pressured filtrate(GPF) and gruffs (yz). Methods We adopted graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, gas chromatography and headspace gas chromatography for the measurement of heavy metals, pesticides and organic sol- vent residues in 5 batches HZL, GPF and gruffs. Results Lead, arsenic, and cadmium residues were in increasingsequence in HZL, GPF and gruffs. Mercury residues were highest in GPF, higher in HZL, and high in gruffs. The residues of pesticides were in increasing sequence in HZL, gruffs and GPF. HZL, GPF and gruffs had no acetone and isopropanol residues. Methanol and ethyl acetate residues were in increasing sequence in HZL, GPF and gruffs, and ethanol residues were in increasing sequence in gruffs, HZL, and GPF. Conclusion HZL has a certain amount of' residual heavy metals, pesticides and organic solvents. Heavy metal residues are mainly in the gruffs, and pesticides and rganic solvents are mainly in GPF.
