摘要
苦参碱和氧化苦参碱为传统中药苦参(Sophora flavescens Ait)的主要生物活性成分,具有广泛的药理学活性。近年其抗肿瘤作用受到较大关注。苦参碱和氧化苦参碱能抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导周期阻滞、促进细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤细胞分化、抗肿瘤新生血管形成以及抑制肿瘤侵袭和转移等。同时,苦参碱和氧化苦参碱也能逆转肿瘤的多药耐药性,并能增强临床上常用抗肿瘤化疗药物的抗肿瘤活性。作者对苦参碱和氧化苦参碱抗肿瘤作用及其机制进行系统的总结和评述。
Matrine and oxymatrine,two kinds of alkaloid from Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,have various pharmacological activities.In recent years,much more attention has been paid to their anti-tumor potentials and mechanisms.Matrine and oxymatrine inhibit cancer cells proliferation,induce cell cycle arrest,elicit apoptosis,induce differentiation,restrain agiogenesis and inhibit invasion and metastasis.Furthermore,matrine and oxymatrine could reverse the multi-drug resistance and enhance the anti-cancer potential when combined treatment with other chemotherapeutic drugs.This article summarized the research progress in the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of these two compounds in order to provide clues and references for the further study of them.
