鼻内镜治疗在萎缩性鼻炎伴发鼻窦炎治疗中的临床研究

Clinical Research on Nasal Endoscopic Therapies in Treatment of Atrophic Rhinitis,Sinusitis

目的:探讨鼻内镜对萎缩性鼻炎伴发鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法:以2009年1月至2011年1月期间本院收治的32例萎缩性鼻炎伴慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,给予患者鼻窦内镜手术,术后以海口标准对治疗效果进行评。结果:32例患者,治愈4例,好转15例,无效13例,治疗总有效率为59.375%。结论:萎缩性鼻炎患者易伴发慢性鼻窦炎,功能性鼻窦内镜手术是治疗萎缩性鼻炎伴发慢性鼻窦炎的常用方法,但治疗总有效率仅为59.375%,效果较差,手术中应注意保留鼻窦的正常粘膜和可逆的病变粘膜。

Objective：To investigate nasal endoscopic atrophic rhinitis associated with treatment of sinusitis.Methods：our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,32 cases of atrophic rhinitis in patients with chronic sinusitis study,patients endoscopic sinus surgery,postoperative standard in Haikou on the assessment of treatment effects.Results：32 patients,four cases cured,improved in 15 cases and 13 cases,the total effective rate of 59.375%.Conclusion：Patients with atrophic rhinitis easy with chronic sinusitis,functional endoscopic sinus surgery is a commonly used method for the treatment of atrophic rhinitis associated with chronic sinusitis,but treatment is only 59.375% efficiency,less effective,surgery should be care to preserve the normal sinus mucosa and reversible lesions of mucous membranes.
