76例慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床表现与分析

The Clinical Manifestations and Analysis of Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis in 76 Cases

目的:分析探讨有效治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的方法。方法:选取2008年5月～2011年5月来我院进行治疗的76例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,随机将其分为两组,微波组38人,硬化组38人。其中微波组主要采用微波热凝与下鼻骨折外移手术综合疗法进行治疗,硬化组则采用百分之八十的甘油对下鼻黏膜进行注射的方法。结果:微波组的有效治愈率为80.9%,总体有效率达到96.13%。而硬化组的有效治愈率仅为53.8%,总体有效率为82.6%。两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:传统治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的方法主要是硬化发,而临床分析结果显示,线性的微波方法,即采用微波热凝与下鼻甲骨折外移手术相结合的方法,对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治愈率明显要高,但缺点表现在并发症方面,因此在对慢性肥厚性鼻炎进行治疗的过程中,要慎重选择治疗方法,提前对并发症做好准备工作。

Objective：To explore the effective treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis method.Methods：76 cases with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis from 2008 May to 2011 May in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,microwave group 38,hardening group38.The microwave group were treated with microwave coagulation under nasal fracture shift operation with comprehensive therapy,hardening group used eighty percent glycerol on nasal mucosa by injection method.Results：Microwave group cure rate was 80.9%,the overall efficiency was up to96.13%.While hardening group cure rate was only 53.8%,the overall efficiency was 82.6%.Cure rate between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is hardened,and clinical analysis of the results show,the linear microwave method,which uses microwave thermal coagulation and inferior turbinate and displacement fracture operation method of combining,for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis cure rate was high,but the disadvantages in complications,so in chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treatment process,should select treatment methods carefully for complications,and prepare early.
