腹股沟疝Modified Kugel疝环充垫式无张力修补术的临床疗效研究

The Clinical Curative Effect Research of Inguinal Hernia by Modified Kugel Hernia Ring Filling Type Tension Free Hernia Repair

目的:探讨腹股沟疝Modified Kugel疝环充垫式无张力修补术的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的Modified Kugel疝环充垫式无张力修补术为观察组和传统的平片式和疝环充填式无张力修补术作为对照组。结果:观察组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间低于对照组,术后发热、切口感染、术后疼痛加剧、术后尿潴留、术后复发率均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:Modified Kugel疝环充垫式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝真正消除联合肌腱和腹股沟韧带强行缝合造成的张力,创伤更小、恢复快,并发症少,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective：To approach clinical curative effect of inguinal hernia by Modified Kugel hernia ring filling type tension free hernia repair.Methods：To retrospective analyze which were to be divided into detection group of Modified Kugel hernia ring filling type tension free hernia repair and control group of traditional flat plate and application of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty.Results：The operation time,getting out of bed time,operation time of detection group were lower control group,the postoperative fever,Incision infection,postoperative pain,postoperative urinary retention,postoperative recurrence rate of detection group were lower control group,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The curing inguinal hernia by Modified Kugel hernia ring filling type tension free hernia repair,which was to eliminate tension of tendon and inguinal ligament forcibly suture,less trauma,fast recovery,fewer complications,which was to be used.
