艾滋病合并肺结核52例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 52 Patients of HIV-TB Co-infection

目的:探讨艾滋病合并肺结核患者的治疗方法及体会。方法:选择我院2004年l2月～2010年12月收治的52例艾滋病合并肺结核患者,对其临床资料及治疗效果进行整理分析。结果:有37例患者CD4+T淋巴细胞数量增加。临床症状缓解46例,死亡4例。住院时间(15～35)d。结论:本研究对艾滋病合并肺结核的治疗经验及效果进行了探讨,为提高艾滋病合并肺结核的治疗效果提供了有意义的参考。

Objective：To discuss the curative methods and experiences of HIV-TB co-infected patients.Methods：52 patents of HIVTB co-infecting who were treated between Dec 2004 and Dec 2010 were selected in this study.Results：37 patients had increased CD4＋T lymphocyte amounts.Clinical symptoms of 46 cases were relieved,and 4 cases died.The hospital days were between 15 days and 35 days.Conclusion：This study discussed the curative experiences and effects of AIDS-TB co-infecting,and provided valuable bases for the improvement of treatment effect of AIDS-TB co-infecting.
