逆行髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的比较观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨逆行髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的比较情况。方法:采用回归性分析的方法,分析我院收治的股骨远端骨折患者临床资料,依据固定方式不同分为逆行髓内钉固定组90例和钢板内固定治疗组30例。结果:逆行髓内钉固定组明显低于钢板内固定治疗组,逆行髓内钉固定组肢体缩短、膝关节屈曲度和膝关节功能优良率均优于钢板内固定治疗组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:逆行髓内钉固定治疗股骨远端骨折,具有创伤小、恢复快,预后功能良好等优点,值得临床借鉴应用。 Objective:To approach Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal femoral fracture observation and comparison.Methods: To regression analysis clinical data of distal femoral fracture patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into retrograde intramedullary nail group 90 cases and Internal fixation with steel plate group 30 cases.Results: The operation time,Intraoperative bleeding,fracture healing time of retrograde intramedullary nail group were lower than Internal fixation with steel plate group,the shortening of the limb,knee flexion and good rate of knee joint function of retrograde intramedullary nail group were better than Internal fixation with steel plate group,P〈0.05,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The small wound,fast recovery,prognosis was good of distal femoral fracture by retrograde intramedullary nail,which was to be used.
