中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及临床分析

Clinical Analysis and Curative Effect of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Gastritis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及临床分析。方法:2010年09月至2011年09月期间,我院诊治的80例慢性胃炎患者,随机将其分为对照组(采用常规西医治疗)和观察组(在常规西医治疗的基础上,采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗),每组各40例,对两组患者的临床疗效及HP转阴率,进行观察并比较。结果:与对照组的总有效率相比(80.0%),观察组的总有效率明显升高(95.0%),P<0.05;与对照组的HP根除率相比(77.5%),观察组的HP根除率明显升高(92.5%),P<0.05。结论:对于慢性胃炎患者,中西医结合治疗明显提高临床疗效,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective：To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic gastritis curative effect and clinical analysis.Methods：80 cases of chronic gastritis selected from September 2010 to September 2011,were randomly divided into control group（with routine western medicine therapy） and observation group（in the conventional treatment on the basis of Western medicine,with Banxia Xiexin Decoction treatment）,40 cases in each group,the two groups of patients the clinical efficacy and HP negative rate,were observed and compared.Results：Compared with the control group in the total efficiency compared to（80%）,the observation group in the total efficiency was significantly higher（95%）,P〈0.05;and a control group of HP eradicate rate compared to（77.5%）,was observed in the group of HP eradicate rate increased significantly（92.5%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion：In patients with chronic gastritis treated by Integrative Chinese and Western medicine,the clinical effect has increased.It is worthy of clinical application.
