高职计算机类专业校企合作障碍分析与发展策略

Analysis of Obstacles to the College-Enterprise-Cooperation of Higher Vocational College Computer Specialty and Developing Countermeasures

高职计算机类专业因为其专业特殊性以及校方、企方不同的利益驱动产生了一系列合作障碍,包括资源不对称导致企业缺乏合作动力、企业涉密技术较多导致合作缺乏深度、专业对口传统思想导致合作缺乏广度、技术革新迅速导致合作缺乏可持续性等。针对这些障碍,首先要加强政府主导,改进校企合作主体利益关系,其次是推行分层合作,促进校企深度融合,第三是要更新传统观念,拓宽校企合作渠道口径,最后,实现需求对接,创新校企合作长效机制,最终实现健康可持续的良性合作效益,为其人才培养质量提供坚实的保障。

Because of its particularity the computer specialty is facing a number of obstacles in the course of college-enterprise cooperation;appropriate examples include lacking incentive,depth,breadth and sustainability.In order to solve these problems the following countermeasures are required to be taken： reinforcing the leading of government to improve their relations with both the college and the enterprise,layering the cooperation to fusing deeply with college and enterprise,renewing the concepts to expanding cooperation channels and space,docking demands to establish the long-term effective cooperation mechanism.Finally,to achieve the sustained,rapid and sound development of the cooperation and ensure the quality of talents training.
