摘要
本文介绍了西门子Simotion运动控制器在普通卧式镗床中的应用。在不改变镗床主要机械结构前提下,主轴使用变频控制器取代了传统的机械齿轮调速,进给轴利用闭环的伺服驱动技术,实现点到点精确定位,多种自动加工循环功能。通过应用先进的运动控制技术,将普通镗床改造成一款高精度,低消耗的半自动加工机床。
This paper presents the application of Siemens Simotion movement controller's in traditional horizontal boring machine. In the case of mechanism framework is not changed, the spindle uses frequency converter controller modulation in- stead of traditional mechanical gear velocity modulation~ the feed axis uses the closed loop servo technology. So the machine can realize exact point -to - point pinpointing, many kinds of automatic processing cycle function. Through the application advanced motion control technology, the traditional horizontal boring machine is updated a high precision, low power con- sumption, half- automatic machine tool.
