摘要
将控制系统与凸轮分割器相结合,实现料盘上各工位对应槽中芯片的检测与分选。由PLC、变频器及检测仪表构成的自动检测控制系统,具有高效、可靠、检测精度高以及分选准确等优点。由于变频器具有宽范围、平稳的调速特性,为检测不同特性和不同规格芯片时设备的调试带来便利,也使系统运行的稳定性得到保障。文中给出了控制系统结构框图,详细介绍了PLC控制系统软硬件设计。
The control system combines with the cam splitter to achieve detection and sorting for chips in the slot of each station on the feed tray. The automatic detection and control system is composed of PLC, frequency converter and the detec-tion instrumentation, it has advantages of high efficiency, reliably, high detection precision, as well as accurate sorting etc. Because of frequency converter have the speed - regulation features of wide range and smoothly, speed is conveniently adjusted when detecting chips of different features and different specifications. In this paper, the control system structural frame figure is given, hardware and software design of the PLC control system is introduced in detail.
