Early Plastic Repair of Deep Burn in the Hand and the Clinical Significance

目的:探讨早期整形修复在手部深度烧伤中的治疗效果。方法:对我院收治的手部深度烧伤患者按照手术时机分为实验组以及对照组,其中实验组患者为3d实施手术,对照组为3天后实施手术。结果:实验组患者治疗后其手部治疗的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者出现相关并发症的机会低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对手部深度烧伤患者进行早期整形修复可降低患者相关并发症的发生,并提高患者临床疗效,对患者术后生活以及工作有积极影响。

Objective： To investigate the early stage plastic repair of deep burn in the hand. Method： The hospital admitted patients with the depth of burn by hand, They were divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, patients operated on the third day after adinitting, the control group under went surgery after 3 days. Result： There＇s higher in better effective rate and less complications of patients in experimental group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Early plastic repair can reduce the incidence of complications of patients with deep bums of hand, and improve clinical efficacy, It has a positive impact on life and work.
