超声对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿生长情况的检查分析

Analysis of Ultrasound for Fetal Growth in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇中期超声测量对于胎儿生长情况评价的意义。方法:回顾性分析300例GDM孕妇从孕中期至分娩的超声检查临床资料,将巨大胎儿为观察组,正常胎儿为对照组,对胎儿生长各数值进行分析,评价其预测巨大儿的临床价值。结果:孕中期,观察组胎儿LL明显高于对照组胎儿,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。新生儿期多元回归分析,对胎儿体重影响最大的是LL,其次为AC、FL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:超声能够较准确预测GDM孕妇的胎儿生长情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyse ultrasound examination in the estimation of fetal growth in middle and late gestation between gestational diabetes mellitus. Method： Retrospective study was done on 300 GDM women. These neonatus were diveded into two groups： observation group （macrossomias ） and control group （ normal } . And analysed the data of ultrasound biometry measurements, including gestational age between 24 -28 weeks and before delivery, and the relation with neonatal weight. Result： The differences in LL be- tween observation group and control group has statistical significance in gestational age between 24- 28 weeks ; In regression model of multiple regression analysis between birth weight and fetal ultrasound biometry measurements, LL had the most effect on birth weight, and AC, FL also had some effect. Conclusion： The ultrasound measurement is an accurate method in estimation of GDM fetal weight, and was well worth clinical popularizing and application.
