Rehabilitation Nursing Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的:探讨康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法:按照不同护理方法分为观察组(干预性康复护理组)48例和对照组(常规护理组)50例,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果:两组患者总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:针对性康复护理可显著改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的预后,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia. Method： According to the different nursing methods. The patients were divided into the observation group （48 cases with intervention in the rehabilitation nursing } and the control group （50 cases with conventional care ）, comparing patients of the two groups with rehabilitation effect. Result： The two groups of patients with total efficiency marked difference （P〈0.01） , with statistical significance. Conclusion： Targeted rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the prognosis of stroke patients with dysphagia, It is worthy of popularization and application.
