摘要
针对串行通讯技术在数控管切割系统中的运用,介绍了五轴联动数控管切割机床的一般系统构成和控制策略,对数控系统的核心控制单元横河PLC的通讯协议进行了详解,列出发送帧、接收帧的结构图,同时介绍了基于VB6.0的上位机串行通讯程序开发控件,给出开发串行通讯程序的流程图,写出的关键性代码经过简单修改,即可运用于新的串口通讯程序开发中,具有一定的实用性。研究成果已通过实际测试,并应用于五轴联动数控管切割机床的开发中。
Specific to the application of serial communication technology in CNC tube cutter,the general system structure and control strategy of five-axis CNC tube cutter are analyzed,in which the communication protocol of Yokogawa PLC which is the core of the CNC control unit is explained in detail,andthe frame structures of sending and receiving are also listed.At the same time,the control for serial communication program development for principal computer based on VB6.0 is introduced,and the program flowcharts are given.The given key code,which can be applied in a new program development through a simple modification,has a certain practicality.Research results have actually been tested,and been applied to five-axis CNC tube cutting tool development.
